Training & Customer Service
At Precision CARSTAR we understand that getting your car repaired after an accident can be a difficult and confusing process. Our goal is to lessen the confusion of that process for you by working with your insurance carrier directly. We want to ensure that not only do you get the best repair possible, but that your car is repaired as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). We won’t compromise when it comes to the quality of your repair or the safety of your vehicle!
Training
Today’s cars are more technically advanced than most people realize. Because of fuel efficiency mandates and safety standards they are lighter and much more complex. If your car is 5-years old or newer it probably contains metals or composites that weren’t available in the past. These new materials now require specialized training and equipment for a technician to work with otherwise any welds or joins improperly done will eventually fail. The newer vehicles also have a lot more computerized components and sensors. There are thousands of data points with as many as 50 microprocessors controlling things like temperature, tire pressure, braking, steering, engine and transmission functions – just to name a few. The computer sytems in todays cars would put even the best home computer to shame.
Precision CARSTAR offers you the highest training and shop certifications of any shop in the Antelope Valley. Our repair technicians are I-Car Platinum certified, and the shop is I-Car Gold Class certified, which means our technicians must take annual courses to keep up with the latest training requirements as specified by the OEM. We are also the ONLY Assured Performance certified shop in the Antelope Valley. Only 1 in 10 shops nationwide will have what it takes to get through the rigorous certification process required by Assured Performance. We have that certification and are proud to offer it to you as part of our quality repair process.
Customer Service
Whether the damage to your vehicle is from an accident or wear and tear, we handle it all with professionalism and courtesy. We also understand how important it is for you to have your car returned in the shortest time possible so you can get your life back on track.
Remember, California law states that where you get your car repaired is your choice – regardless of where your insurance company might try to recommend (steer) you to go. It is important for you to also know that insurance companies do not warranty the work of the shop that they are referring you to. Therefore, it is equally important that you choose a shop that will stand by it’s warranty. At Precision CARSTAR we offer you our local warranty and a nationwide warranty should you decide to move in the future.
At Precision CARSTAR we mean it when we say:
